Through a joint planning application with the neighbouring property, Alex Tart Architects succeeded in obtaining rare planning approval for an unusually high side extension. Permission was also granted for a sizeable loft extension over the entire floorplan of this Clapham residence.

This Clapham house was completely remodelled and refurbished throughout to provide a comfortable, well-planned family home.
