Planning Permission has been awarded for the front and rear extensions of the Semi-detached home which faces Barnes Green. The Proposals include extensions to the rear at ground and second floor level, as well as the extension of the existing bay window to the front, creating generous banquette seating within the Master suite and improving the coherence of the front elevation.

As one of the early 20^th Century properties on the street that contribute towards conservation area, and the council had indicated reservations regarding alterations to the front of the property in their pre-application advice. Through perseverance and a comprehensive heritage appraisal and justification however, Alex Tart Architects are pleased to have addressed all concerns, allowing the scheme to be approved in full by the council.
