Project summary:  The project involves a single-story rear and side extension, roof alterations, cellar refurbishments, and internal remodelling of a family home in Hammersmith. The property is located within the Brook Green Conservation Area.

The design proposals have been carefully developed to ensure the new extension compliments the original dwelling by using matching masonry materials, while Crittall-style glazing introduces a modern touch. The interior is fully refurbished with contemporary features, including luxurious marble-clad bathrooms. The traditional staircase is replaced with a modern timber design, featuring a sweeping oak handrail and newel cap, adding warmth and elegance to the home. The ground floor has been opened up substantially to create flowing interconnected spaces right through from front to back
