Project summary:  The extension and refurbishment of a ground and lower ground floor maisonette within a listed building in the Queensgate Conservation Area in Kensington & Chelsea, London.

Alex Tart Architects obtained listed building consent in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea to remodel the existing flat and lower the vaults in order to incorporate a new master dressing room and ensuite bathroom into the flat.
